CINDY DIBERNARDO

Cindy DiBernardo is a NCSF (national council on strength and fitness) certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.
She is a national physique committee (NPC) competitor competing and winning her first competition at age 47. Cindy was sidelined from competition due to a serious knee injury ultimately ending with a full knee replacement.
In July 2023, she competed and placed second in the over 55 NPC bikini competition at 56. she is proof of the ability to fully recover from a significant injury via prescribed rehabilitation and dedication to a sustainable structured fitness training program.
Cindy's experience to personal training includes teaching group fitness classes, including Pilates, yoga, body sculpt, and HIIT (high intensity, interval training).
She specializes in working with postmenopausal women, seniors and new moms. Cindy is the proud mother of four Children.

From a young age, fitness has been ingrained in Brady’s DNA. Growing up running track, she developed a deep understanding of the importance of physical health and wellness. However, it was after becoming a Mom that her passion for fitness truly ignited.
Motivated by the desire to prioritize health for herself and her family, Brady pursued and achieved certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in both personal training and nutrition. Armed with this knowledge, she is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals, whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle, or simply adopting a healthier lifestyle.
With an all-around approach to wellness, Brady emphasizes not just exercise but also proper nutrition and lifestyle adjustments tailored to each client's needs. She believes in making fitness enjoyable and sustainable, understanding firsthand the challenges of balancing family life with personal wellness goals.
Outside of training sessions, you can find Brady leading by example, participating in challenges and enjoying outdoor activities with her children, proving that fitness isn't just a hobby but a way of life.

Growing up in Indiana, sports were a huge part of my life. I was always on the move, embracing my inner athlete. But in 2015 when I ran my very first full marathon something life-changing happened. I broke my foot during the race, and throughout my recovery from this it sparked a newfound passion for strength training that I never knew existed!

In 2019, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University, solidifying my knowledge and expertise in the field. In 2022 I took the leap and made the exciting move to Austin, Texas. I was eager to share my passion and help individuals like you on their fitness journeys.

As your personal trainer, my mission is to guide you towards creating a healthy lifestyle that you genuinely enjoy and can maintain. I believe in a personalized approach because I understand that everyone's fitness goals and preferences are unique. Together, we can crush any goal you have in mind!
