Cindy DiBernardo is a NCSF (national council on strength and fitness) certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.
She is a national physique committee (NPC) competitor competing and winning her first competition at age 47. Cindy was sidelined from competition due to a serious knee injury ultimately ending with a full knee replacement.
In July 2023, she competed and placed second in the over 55 NPC bikini competition at 56. she is proof of the ability to fully recover from a significant injury via prescribed rehabilitation and dedication to a sustainable structured fitness training program.
Cindy's experience to personal training includes teaching group fitness classes, including Pilates, yoga, body sculpt, and HIIT (high intensity, interval training).
She specializes in working with postmenopausal women, seniors and new moms. Cindy is the proud mother of four Children.

My fitness journey took off 10 years ago when I discovered Muay Thai—and shortly after, strength training. I fell in love with the way movement can build not just a stronger body, but also creates a ripple effect of confidence across every area of life.
That passion inspired me to develop a holistic approach to training. Through functional movement, strength and mobility, gut and hormone health, habit training and mindset work, I design well-rounded programs that go far deeper than rep counts and calorie ranges.
In the last six years as a trainer, I’ve gained experience working with a wide range of clients—from athletes and marathoners to complete beginners and clients 50+ picking up a dumbbell for the first time. My approach is highly customized and collaborative, designed to move beyond one-size-fits-all routines into a finely crafted path for lasting growth. The result? No more yo-yo lifestyle or cycles of two steps forward one step back. Just consistent progress, a body that feels like home, and power you carry into every part of life.

Growing up in Indiana, sports were a huge part of my life. I was always on the move, embracing my inner athlete. In 2015 when I ran my very first full marathon something life-changing happened. I broke my foot during the race, and throughout my recovery from this it sparked a newfound passion for strength training that I never knew existed!

In 2019, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University, solidifying my knowledge and expertise in the field. In 2022 I took the leap and made the exciting move to Austin, Texas. I was eager to share my passion and help individuals like you on their fitness journeys.

In 2024 i became a mother. Throughout the journey of pregnancy and postpartum i furthered my knowledge about training and recovery during this stage of life. For all of my mamas out there... i want to help YOU feel your best, and prioritize self care.

As your personal trainer, my mission is to guide you towards creating a healthy lifestyle that you genuinely enjoy and can maintain. I believe in a personalized approach because I understand that everyone's fitness goals and preferences are unique. Together, we can crush any goal you have in mind!
