A personal trainer will come to your preferred location to talk about your exercise history, current goals, and fitness level.

Suggestion

Based on your information the trainer will provide a recommended plan of action. This will include the appropriate training package that is suitable for your lifestyle that puts you on the road to success!

Start Your Fitness Journey!

Following the initial consultation a trainer will travel to you each week, bringing all equipment needed ready to provide a time saving, effective workout experience.

Cindy DiBernardo

Certified Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach

Cindy DiBernardo is a NCSF (national council on strength and fitness) certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.

 

She is a national physique committee (NPC) competitor competing and winning her first competition at age 47. Cindy was sidelined from competition due to a serious knee injury ultimately ending with a full knee replacement.

 

In July 2023, she competed and placed second in the over 55 NPC bikini competition at 56.  she is proof of the ability to fully recover from a significant injury via prescribed rehabilitation and dedication to a sustainable structured fitness training program.

 

Cindy's experience to personal training includes teaching group fitness classes, including Pilates, yoga, body sculpt, and HIIT (high intensity, interval training).


She specializes in working with postmenopausal women, seniors and new moms. Cindy is the proud mother of four Children.

Kelly Dodds is a fitness and nutrition coach specializing in personalized in-home training focused on strength, health, longevity, chronic disease management, and real-life performance. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition & Human Performance, along with certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit functional fitness, and HYROX Coach, Kelly combines evidence-based strategies with practical coaching that fits each client’s lifestyle and goals.

 

Kelly’s passion for health and fitness comes from both professional education and personal experience from decades of training, competing, and navigating her own health and fitness journey. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, from beginners looking to improve their energy and confidence, to busy professionals seeking sustainable fitness without extreme approaches, to athletes wanting to take their performance to the next level. Her coaching style emphasizes proper movement, strength development, mobility, functional fitness, and long-term health, helping clients build bodies that not only look better, but move and feel better in everyday life.

Known for her supportive and sustainable approach, Kelly focuses on creating effective, personalized programs that meet clients where they are while helping them steadily progress toward their goals. Whether training for fat loss, strength, improved mobility, or overall wellness, clients appreciate her balance of professionalism, education, encouragement, and realistic strategies that produce lasting results.

John Baier 

Certified Personal Trainer
Masters Degree in Health & Kinesiology

Driven by a natural passion for helping others, John earned his personal training certification while studying at Purdue University, where he also completed a Master’s degree in Health and Kinesiology in 2019.

His unique approach blends the psychology of exercise with the science of physical activity, focusing on how fitness can become a long-term, enjoyable habit.

 

From an early age, John was always on the move. But like many, he found himself drawn into the world of video games, which led to less time spent staying active. When he started college, he discovered weightlifting and everything changed. What began as a hobby soon became a passion, offering the same excitement and sense of accomplishment that gaming once did. Now, John channels that energy into helping others unlock their own potential, making fitness as rewarding and enjoyable as leveling up in life

 

John believes that workouts should be tailored to each individual, ensuring they are not only effective but sustainable. His programs emphasize longevity by incorporating techniques that reduce stress on joints and ligaments, allowing clients to push their limits without compromising their health.

 

This mindset carries over into his nutrition advice. Instead of promoting extreme diets, John helps clients find practical, long-term strategies that fit their lives and goals, making lasting health changes achievable and enjoyable.

Jordyn White

Certified Personal Trainer
Certified Nutrition Coach 

My fitness journey took off 10 years ago when I discovered Muay Thai—and shortly after, strength training. I fell in love with the way movement can build not just a stronger body, but also creates a ripple effect of confidence across every area of life. 

 

That passion inspired me to develop a holistic approach to training. Through functional movement, strength and mobility, gut and hormone health, habit training and mindset work, I design well-rounded programs that go far deeper than rep counts and calorie ranges. 

 

In the last six years as a trainer, I’ve gained experience working with a wide range of clients—from athletes and marathoners to complete beginners and clients 50+ picking up a dumbbell for the first time. My approach is highly customized and collaborative, designed to move beyond one-size-fits-all routines into a finely crafted path for lasting growth. The result? No more yo-yo lifestyle or cycles of two steps forward one step back. Just consistent progress, a body that feels like home, and power you carry into every part of life.

Jocelyn Michael

Growing up in Indiana, sports were a huge part of my life. I was always on the move, embracing my inner athlete. But in 2015 when I ran my very first full marathon something life-changing happened. I broke my foot during the race, and throughout my recovery from this it sparked a newfound passion for strength training that I never knew existed!

In 2019, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University, solidifying my knowledge and expertise in the field. In 2022 I took the leap and made the exciting move to Austin, Texas. I was eager to share my passion and help individuals like you on their fitness journey.

In 2024 i became a mother. Throughout the journey of pregnancy and postpartum i furthered my knowledge about training and recovery during this stage of life.  

As your personal trainer, my mission is to guide you towards creating a healthy lifestyle that you genuinely enjoy and can maintain. I believe in a personalized approach because I understand that everyone's fitness goals and preferences are unique. Together, we can crush any goal you have in mind!
